As president and founder of Totus Tuus Consulting, Frank Benischeck has been on CBS News, Fox News, and NBC News mornings shows. He also was featured in Forbes magazine. Frank was the featured speaker at the Harvard Business School Business Expert Forum and was a featured speaker at West Point’s Leaders Academy with Buzz Aldrin. Frank has 30 years of experience in innovative retirement planning, estate planning, and helping clients realize who they are, who they can be, and the difference they can make.
Frank graduated from Flagler College and received a master’s degree from Loyola University. He is also a member of Ed Slott’s Master Elite IRA Advisor Group and is a Certified Senior Advisor. Frank has completed all the necessary requirements to obtain this certification.
Frank’s greatest joy comes from helping others grow in their faith in Christ. In 1992, he founded Catholic College Fellowship, a campus ministry outreach program that serves college students in his local community of St. Augustine, Florida. Frank married his wife, Alba Lucia, in 2021.

Jacki Garra serves as the chief operating officer for Totus Tuus Consulting and coordinates estate planning between clients and attorneys. With over 30 years of client service experience, she works to help clients realize who they are, who they can be, and the difference they can make.
Before joining Totus Tuus, Jacki worked as a vice president for a regional banking firm, helping her clients with all aspects of achieving their financial goals. Among other things, Jacki volunteers at her church and has a passion for serving the homeless in our community.
Jacki and her husband, Mark, have three children. In their free time, Jacki and her family enjoy traveling and fishing.
Shaun Callahan is a dedicated CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER® practitioner with over 15 years of experience helping individuals and families achieve their financial dreams. A proud graduate of the University of North Florida with a degree in Finance, Shaun has built a career guiding clients through important financial decisions. His journey has included roles as a financial advisor at a global wealth management firm, a loan officer specializing in home financing and most recently, a financial planner focused on comprehensive wealth strategies.
Beyond his passion for financial planning, Shaun cherishes time with his fiancée, Julie Ann, and their daughter, Willow. Together, they call Northeast Florida home, where they love exploring local parks and relaxing on the beautiful beaches. Whether in his professional life or personal time, Shaun finds joy in helping others create a secure and fulfilling future.
After originally pursuing a degree in Mechanical Engineering, Brad pivoted toward his true calling in finance, harnessing a Bachelor’s in Business from Florida International University. Brad’s professional journey saw him excel in multiple roles in financial analysis and operations. Hailing from the St. Augustine area, Jacksonville, Florida is where Brad calls home. His heart belongs to his wife Emily, married since June 2019, and their two wonderful children: Kennedy and Anderson.
Kevin Sprouse is an advisor for Totus Tuus Consulting with over 30 years of expertise in the financial services industry. He specializes in helping individuals achieve financial independence through financial planning, alternative investments, and strategic capital structures. Clients appreciate how Kevin simplifies complex financial concepts to make them easier to understand.
Kevin began his career as a CPA, gaining a deep understanding of financial systems. He then transitioned to corporate finance, where he created a base template for SEC reporting companies. After earning his MBA in Finance from the Olin School of Business, he became an International Investment Banker.
Kevin has been an integral part of helping the Totus Tuus firm grow. He loves sharing his knowledge and expertise—he helped coach Frank when he was studying for his securities exams, and continues coaching and helping others advance in their careers to this day.
Kevin and his wife Irina married in 2019. They have a son named Gabriel and make their home outside of the Tampa area.
Jessica Vermillion serves as the Client Services Coordinator, bringing a strong background in client care, organization, and support. A Florida native, Jessica graduated from Flagler College with a bachelor’s degree in Psychology. Prior to joining Totus Tuus, she spent over a decade working with children with special needs, helping them build the skills necessary for greater independence and personal growth.
Jessica loves bringing her passion for organization and her heart for people into her role, supporting clients with professionalism, warmth, and attention to detail.
Outside of work, she enjoys spending time outdoors, soaking up the Florida sunshine andbeing actively involved in her church community.
Inna is a dedicated and compassionate professional with a diverse background in concierge services, retail leadership, and administrative support. Fluent in Ukrainian and Russian, in addition to English, she has led operations and event coordination in high-end retail environments, delivering personalized service through thoughtful planning and premium guest experiences. In medical office settings, she has provided front desk and documentation support with precision and professionalism.
Born in Ukraine, Inna immigrated to the United States with her parents and siblings in 1994. Her strong faith is at the heart of everything she does, and as a devoted Christian, she finds joy in serving others with kindness and integrity. Above all, she cherishes her role as a mother to her three children—Matthew, Francheska, and James Alexander.
Victoria Fischetto
Client Relations Specialist
Victoria, a native of Wood-Ridge, New Jersey—just outside New York City—brings a dynamic blend of financial industry experience and a genuine passion for building client relationships to her role at Totus Tuus Consulting. She studied Psychology at Monmouth University and began her career in finance at a boutique investment banking firm. She later transitioned into consulting with Ernst & Young in New York City.
Most recently, Victoria worked at Occident Wealth Management, where she continued to build strong client relationships and deliver thoughtful financial guidance. Prior to that, she held a role in investor relations at Weitz Investment Management, supporting both institutional investors and individual clients.
Having lived in several states across the country, Victoria now resides in St. Augustine, Florida. Above all, she is most proud of her two children, Taylor and Brandon, who inspire her every day. Outside of work, she enjoys traveling, spending time with her family, relaxing at the beach, volunteering, and cheering on Husker football.
John R. Crawford is a board-certified tax lawyer under the Florida Bar’s board certification program and is a key business partner of Totus Tuus Consulting. He provides advice and counseling on an array of financial and legal topics.
John is a past chairman of the Catholic Foundation of the Diocese of St. Augustine, a current member of the Board of Directors of the Tom Coughlin Jay Fund Foundation, and a member of the National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys.
John was named one of Florida’s Super Lawyers® in 2006, 2007, and 2011—only 5 percent of the lawyers in Florida earn this distinction. He is also admitted to practice in the United States Tax Court, United States District Court, the Middle District of Florida, and all Florida and Georgia state courts.
John holds a bachelor’s degree and a juris doctorate, both from the University of Florida.
Jennifer S. Akin is a key business partner of Totus Tuus Consulting and a Certified Elder Law Attorney. She has several years of experience in law practice. She has focused her practice entirely on helping clients with their elder law, estate, and special needs planning. She is a member of the New York and Florida state bar associations.
A leader in spirit and action, Jennifer takes on the toughest cases of the firm’s senior and special needs clients. She dispenses advice and action plans that protect clients’ interests.
Jennifer believes helping retirees is her calling. Before attending law school, Jennifer was a certified nursing aide (CNA) at a nursing home in Ormond Beach, Florida. Throughout her time as a CNA, she worked closely with patients to ensure they received high-touch care and maintained their dignity and quality of life.
It was during this time that Jennifer saw the devastating impacts long-term care could have on families’ finances, emotions, and well-being. Since then, planning for long-term care has become an important part of her practice.
